Frequently Asked Questions

What ages do you treat?

We can see patients 10 years old and above for telemedicine consultations.

Can my Liberty Integrative provider be my PCP (Primary care doctor)?

No.

We do not participate in insurance programs which require you to select a PCP. Also our clinic s not currently set up to receive continuity care patients or to do regular screenings for cancer, etc.

Do you accept insurance?

No,

In the direct patient care model, the clinician provides care directly to the patient, without the middle man of the insurance company. and payment is made by the patient directly to the clinic. We do not participate in any insurance plans, and do not accept any insurance payments.

We will provide an invoice for every visit, which you can submit to your FSA type plan, but our office will not provide any other documentation beyond an invoice.

Can I use my FSA/"cafeteria plan"?

An invoice will be provided for every visit, which you can submit to your insurance or FSA plan, but our office will not provide any other documentation beyond an invoice.

We make no guarantee that your FSA or insurance will honor the invoice or reimburse you for your expenditure.

Why are your prices so high?

We are competitively priced to provide the kind of care you are looking for.

Most mass market, commercial telemedicine sites charge $70-90 per visit (if telemedicine services are not covered by your insurance). On average, these visits only last 7-12 minutes.

We want to make sure there is plenty of time for you to address your concerns, and for her to provide quality care, so the shortest visits are a half-hour, 2-3 times longer than a typical commercial telemedicine clinic visit.
